The Principality of Monaco is taking a new step forward in its digital transformation strategy by integrating the Extended Monaco Entreprises (EME) program into MonEntreprise.mc, the institutional platform dedicated to businesses and professionals operating in Monaco.

The goal of this integration is to provide centralized access to digital services, administrative tools, business support programs and regulatory information through a single online platform. Thanks to this evolution, entrepreneurs and companies will now be able to manage all key aspects of their business development and digital transition in one place.

Extended Monaco Entreprises integrated into MonEntreprise.mc

Until now, the government-backed Extended Monaco Entreprises program operated through a separate portal focused on accelerating business digitalization. With this integration, all EME services are now fully accessible through MonEntreprise.mc, the official business portal of the Princely Government.

The platform already centralizes administrative procedures, regulatory information and online services for companies in Monaco. By adding digital transformation support services, the government further strengthens the digital ecosystem available to businesses.

This initiative is part of the Princely Government’s broader strategy to create a more efficient, accessible and user-friendly digital environment for companies operating in the Principality.

A single digital gateway for businesses in Monaco

The merger of the two portals allows companies to access a complete range of services from one centralized platform, including:

  • administrative and regulatory information;
  • online business procedures;
  • digital transformation tools;
  • strategic consulting and support services;
  • access to public funding and financial assistance;
  • digital training programs.

The objective is to simplify the business journey from company creation to advanced digital transformation projects.

How the Extended Monaco Entreprises program works

The EME program was designed to support the digital modernization of Monaco-based companies through a structured four-step approach.

Businesses can first complete a digital maturity assessment to evaluate their current level of digitalization. Specialized experts then assist companies in defining and implementing a customized digital transition strategy.

The program also includes training sessions and awareness initiatives focused on innovation and digital technology, as well as access to financial support mechanisms such as the Fonds Bleu, created to support sustainable and strategic digital projects.

With the integration into MonEntreprise.mc, these services become easier to access and more closely connected to the Principality’s administrative ecosystem.

Simplified user experience and easier access to digital services

One of the key improvements introduced by the new platform is a more intuitive and user-friendly experience. MonEntreprise.mc now offers simplified navigation, clearer content organization and faster access to services and business tools.

Particular attention has been given to digital accessibility and streamlined online procedures for professionals and companies.

Access to the platform is managed through MonGuichet.mc, the Principality’s unified online government portal. Unlike the former EME system, which relied on a single company account, the new model allows each individual user to connect through a personal account.

This new approach improves flexibility, security and ease of access to digital business services.

A bilingual platform supporting Monaco’s international attractiveness

Available in both French and English, MonEntreprise.mc is also designed to support international companies and economic stakeholders operating in Monaco.

The platform strengthens Monaco’s economic attractiveness by making administrative procedures and digital support services more accessible to foreign businesses interested in investing or expanding within the Principality.

Digitalization and innovation continue to play a central role in Monaco’s economic development strategy.

Automatic account migration and service continuity

To ensure a seamless transition, all EME accounts active during the past three years have been automatically transferred to MonEntreprise.mc.

All major tools previously available on eme.gouv.mc remain accessible through the new platform, including:

  • FlashUP ToolBox;
  • digital maturity self-assessment tools;
  • professional directories;
  • digital awareness programs;
  • access to Fonds Bleu funding opportunities.

The transition to a unified platform allows companies to continue using these services without interruption.

Extended Monaco Entreprises in numbers

The Extended Monaco Entreprises program has already achieved significant results in supporting business digitalization within the Principality:

  • more than 800 digital acceleration projects supported;
  • over 4,000 professionals trained;
  • more than 50 events and workshops organized;
  • over 150 certified digital facilitators listed.

These figures confirm the growing importance of digital transformation in strengthening Monaco’s economy and supporting the competitiveness of local businesses.
