The Principality of Monaco continues its digital transformation with the launch of a new e-service available on MonGuichet.mc, the official online portal for administrative procedures. The initiative, led by the Délégation Interministérielle chargée de la Transition Numérique in collaboration with the Département des Finances et de l’Économie, aims to simplify key administrative processes for businesses.
Developed through a joint effort between the Direction du Développement Économique and the Direction des Services Numériques, the new service allows company directors and legal representatives to complete essential procedures online. These include transferring a company’s registered office and opening secondary establishments or branch offices.
Until now, these processes required submitting paper applications. With the new system, all steps are fully digitized, including the submission of forms and supporting documents. This reduces administrative delays and streamlines the overall process.
For companies, the main advantage is a simplified and unified user journey, with a single online entry point for multiple procedures. This leads to time savings and easier management of administrative tasks.
On the administrative side, the Direction du Développement Économique benefits from more structured and complete applications, enabling faster and more efficient processing. Automated document generation further improves operational efficiency.
This new e-service is part of the Prince’s Government ongoing effort to provide faster, more accessible, and user-friendly public services. Digitalization remains a key driver of economic development and administrative modernization in Monaco.
Businesses can access the new e-service directly via the MonGuichet.mc platform.
