The Festival des Étoilés Monte-Carlo 2026 returns for its sixth edition, confirming its status as one of Europe’s most prestigious gastronomic events. From May 13 to November 14, 2026, the Principality of Monaco becomes the stage for international haute cuisine through a series of seven exceptional four-hands dinners, hosted in the Michelin-starred restaurants of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer.

With six Michelin-starred restaurants and a total of ten Michelin stars, SBM reinforces its reputation as the world’s most Michelin-starred resort, offering a unique experience that combines culinary artistry, innovation, and world-class gastronomy.

More than a culinary celebration, the festival is a cultural project that highlights the “Made in Monte-Carlo” gastronomic philosophy, fostering encounters between resident chefs and leading international culinary masters.

Monte-Carlo: a global capital of fine dining excellence

With over 30 restaurants and bars in the Principality, Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer stands among the world’s most important destinations for haute cuisine.

The Festival des Étoilés Monte-Carlo aims to create dialogue between Michelin-starred chefs, highlight the talent of resident brigades, and deliver unique gastronomic experiences.

The 2026 edition features major international chefs including Alain Ducasse, Yannick Alléno, Marcel Ravin, and Dominique Lory, alongside top chefs from France, Italy, Sweden, and beyond.
