Espace Neptune exhibition: a dialogue between artistic languages

The exhibition presents a visual journey that brings together different techniques, styles and artistic sensitivities, united by a shared exploration of:

  • light
  • color
  • landscape
  • emotional perception of nature

It confirms Espace Neptune as a key cultural venue for contemporary art on the French Riviera.

Alexandra Otieva: watercolor and luminous expression

Artist Alexandra Otieva is known for her mastery of wet-on-wet watercolor techniques, creating works defined by light, fluidity and sensitivity.

After studying economics, she fully dedicated herself to painting in the 1990s, training at the Saratov Academy of Fine Arts. She has exhibited across France, Monaco, Russia and Italy, developing a poetic artistic language centered on light and atmosphere.

Chantal Walter: from figuration to abstraction

French artist Chantal Walter, based in Occitanie, has gradually transitioned from figurative drawing to contemporary abstract painting.

Her works, mainly in acrylic and mixed media, explore:

  • color energy
  • light vibration
  • abstract spatial balance
  • adv-722

Eric Vanhoutte: the sea as artistic inspiration

Former yacht navigator and captain, Eric Vanhoutte draws inspiration from the marine world.

His large-scale acrylic paintings capture:

  • horizons at sea
  • movement of water
  • light reflections on the ocean

His work combines personal experience with a poetic interpretation of maritime landscapes.

Alain Garcia: travel, memory and watercolor art

Artist Alain Garcia is a traveler whose work is shaped by global experiences.

Specialized in watercolor and drawing, he transforms journeys into emotional visual narratives, with a strong focus on water and sea imagery, from Venice canals to Asian landscapes.

Awarded for the quality of his work, he has exhibited internationally in Europe and Asia.

Espace Neptune: a cultural landmark on the French Riviera

The exhibition takes place at Espace Neptune, located on Quai Virgile Allari in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, a cultural venue dedicated to contemporary and international art exhibitions.
