The 27th edition of the Chamber Music Festival is currently taking place in Beausoleil, a musical event founded and directed by musician Alexandre Del Fa. The festival features three concerts on Saturday evenings, March 14, 21 and 28, at the Prince Héréditaire Jacques Cultural Centre.

Over the years, the festival has become one of the most anticipated events of the local cultural season, thanks to a programme that combines great masterpieces of European classical music with more original proposals and influences from other musical genres. The initiative aims to make chamber music accessible to a wide audience, encouraging encounters between internationally renowned performers and new listeners.

The concerts take place in an intimate venue with around 250 seats, allowing the audience to enjoy a particularly close and immersive musical experience. This year’s programme brings together musicians from several European countries and features a variety of chamber ensembles, from piano four hands to instrumental groups.

The repertoire explores some of the most famous works of the musical tradition, including compositions by Debussy, Ravel, Mozart, Rossini and Verdi, alongside programmes that create a dialogue between classical music, jazz and rock, offering original interpretations.

Throughout its many editions, the festival has helped create a true community of listeners, made up of both regular attendees and new music lovers attracted by the diversity of the programme. The concerts are presented by musicologist André Peyregne, who guides the audience with introductions and insights into the composers and works performed.
