From April 4 to 12, 2026, the Principality of Monaco will once again be the world capital of tennis with the 119th edition of the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters, the first major European ATP Masters 1000 event on clay courts. The official announcement took place at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, the tournament’s official hotel, where Director David Massey presented the main highlights of the upcoming edition.

Matches will be held on the historic courts of the Monte-Carlo Country Club, chaired by Melanie-Antoinette de Massy, with the inaugural draw scheduled for April 3 at 5:00 p.m., broadcast live on Monaco Info. The final list of 45 players directly admitted to the main draw will be announced on March 10, 2026, but the tournament already promises a high-quality field, including stars such as Stefanos Tsitsipas, Novak Djokovic, and Jannik Sinner.

Special attention will be given to Monegasque players: in singles, Valentin Vacherot, currently world No. 25, stands out, while in doubles, local talents such as Hugo Nys and the Guinard-Arneodo pair are expected to shine.

Players’ Village and Technological Innovations

For the second consecutive year, the Monte-Carlo Beach Club will be transformed into the “Players’ Village,” an exclusive area for players, teams, and families, featuring a gym expanded to over 320 m² and a new relaxation zone. The event also introduces important novelties for the public: live match screens, a giant screen area, deckchairs, picnic spaces, and entertainment zones.

On the technology side, the Electronic Line Calling Live system is confirmed, alongside the HawkVision, a 60-camera digital system providing innovative court angles, with full TV coverage on Eurosport, France.tv, and France 4.

Partners and Social Commitment

Alongside title partner Rolex, collaborations with Emirates, Maserati, Generali, Adecco, Dunlop, Yokohama, Minuty, and Tecnifibre are confirmed, with the return of Champagne Lanson and the entry of Rummo. The charitable initiative Points for Change with BNP Paribas continues, supporting breast cancer patients at CHPG, with funds allocated to external post-mastectomy breast prostheses.

The 119th edition of the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters promises a week of top-level tennis, innovation, and social commitment, reaffirming the tournament’s role as a global reference in sports and a cultural and social landmark for the Principality.
