The Great Blues Takes Center Stage at Casino Barrière Menton

Casino Barrière Menton is preparing to host an exceptional musical experience, celebrating the timeless allure of blues music through a refined format that blends live performance and gastronomy.
On Friday, January 23 and Saturday, January 24, 2026, starting at 8:00 PM, the Salon Barrière will welcome the dinner-show “Les Légendes du Blues”, presented by the internationally acclaimed trio The Key Square Blues.

Taking center stage is a group born in Brooklyn, the beating heart of African-American music, from the meeting of three artists united by a deep passion for blues, jazz and soul. The project brings together David Kizimo, singer and songwriter with roots in Congo and France; Gabriel Peruggia, a virtuosic Brazilian saxophonist; and Michael Ademola, Nigerian pianist and vocalist. Three distinct artistic identities come together to create a sound that is authentic, powerful and unmistakably contemporary.

With over ten years of international touring, collaborations with major artists such as Javan, Femi Kuti and Raoul Midon, and a strong presence on the New York jazz scene, The Key Square Blues stands out as one of the most compelling acts in today’s blues-jazz landscape. For more than two years, the group has been touring extensively across France, captivating audiences with performances rich in energy and elegance.

The evening is designed as a true sensory journey. Guests will enjoy a full dinner, including an aperitif, starter, main course and dessert, accompanied by wine and water, before immersing themselves in the live concert.
