After the success of previous editions, the Monaco Employment Forum returns on Friday, 6 February 2026, at the Grimaldi Forum for its fourth edition, establishing itself as an essential event for anyone seeking work or looking to advance their career in the Principality.

Organized by the Government of Monaco, the Forum brings together in a single space, on a single day, public and private companies from all sectors seeking new talent, giving candidates direct access to Monaco’s economic ecosystem. The event is open to residents of Monaco as well as cross-border workers, providing a unique opportunity to meet employers and state services.

All major professional sectors will be represented: hospitality and catering, luxury, accounting and legal services, construction and public works, temporary work and security, industry, commerce, energy, healthcare and personal services, banking and insurance, education and training, yachting, logistics, and more. This edition will also dedicate a special area to digital careers and jobs of the future, highlighting innovation and the new skills required by the job market.

An additional benefit for participants is the opportunity to meet Monaco’s institutions, including the Service de l’Emploi, the Directorate of Human Resources and Public Service Training, the Institut Monégasque de Formation aux Professions Judiciaires, the Social Security Funds, and other support services, offering practical advice and guidance for job seekers.
