New: simplified appointment booking with the Monaco Business Office (MBO)
To improve support for businesses and make procedures more streamlined, the Monaco Business Office is introducing a new appointment booking service. This system has been designed to facilitate user organisation and ensure optimal preparation for meetings.

Thanks to this digital tool, users can now select their preferred time slot and the purpose of their appointment in just a few moments, allowing for tailored support in every situation.

This development is part of the public service modernisation initiative led jointly by the Economic Development Department and the Interministerial Delegation for Digital Transition.

The main advantages of the system are:
• Bookings available at any time via a dedicated platform
• Immediate email confirmation, along with an automatic SMS reminder
• Selection of the appointment purpose based on needs (business creation, formalities, support, etc.)

This service is intended for all entrepreneurs, representatives, and project holders wishing to benefit from dedicated time with the Monaco Business Office.

The booking process consists of several steps:

1. Access the booking platform (including via monentreprise.gouv.mc)

2. Choose an available time slot

3. Specify the purpose of the request

4. Receive a confirmation (email and SMS reminder)

5. Attend the appointment on the agreed date and time, with the necessary documents
