
From 17 to 22 November, the City of Nice is offering a full week dedicated to health and movement, featuring sports activities open to all, guided walks, and free check-ups. Today, 18 November, the programme is already in full swing.
The initiative, organised by the Maison Sport Santé of the City of Nice, aims to encourage an active lifestyle through accessible, safe and age-friendly activities.
Residents can undergo personalised fitness assessments, carried out by qualified professionals to evaluate their health status and design a tailored exercise plan.

Tomorrow, Tuesday 19 November, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., a free guided walk will take place along the Acti’Santé Nice Nord walking loop: a gentle outdoor activity to discover the neighbourhood’s health trail.
