Following Law No. 1.457 of 12 December 2017, the Prince’s Government reaffirms its commitment to combating all forms of harassment and violence in the workplace with the publication of a comprehensive guide entitled “Harassment and Violence at Work.”
This document was jointly developed by the General Inspectorate of Administration, the Directorate of Human Resources and Civil Service Training, and the Directorate of Legal Affairs. It is intended for all civil servants and State contract employees.
Designed as a tool for information, awareness and prevention, the guide aims to highlight existing mechanisms within the Administration and to facilitate their implementation in matters of moral harassment, sexual harassment, sexual blackmail, and workplace violence.
The guide details the current reporting procedure and reminds all parties of their rights, whether they are victims, witnesses, accused persons, or supervisors. It also emphasizes the collective responsibility of all public employees in the prevention and handling of such situations.
The guide is available on the Government Intranet portal, under the section “Prevention against harassment and violence at work,” as well as on the Mon Service Public website.
It can also be downloaded on tablets and smartphones via a dedicated QR code.
