The Nice Carnival 2025 is coming!
The Nice Carnival, which will take place from February 12 to March 2, 2025, will have the theme “King of the Oceans“. The program will include the traditional daytime and nighttime parades, the flower battles, and numerous special initiatives that will enrich the event, eagerly awaited all year long. The carnival will feature burlesque and magical performances, extravagant floats, giant papier-mâché heads, elegant flower battles, and, in particular, Lou Queernaval, France’s first gay carnival.

A festive public gathering on the sidelines of the parades, with various activities such as a DJ concert, braid distribution, dance, and music, organized on Rue Richelmi, in front of the Carnival House.
Thursday, February 13, 2025
- Le veglione des enfants – Opéra de Nice, 2:00 PM
A masked ball on the opera stage, a costume contest, and the discovery of traditional Nice dances.
Friday, February 14, 2025
- Le grand bal du veglione – Opéra de Nice, from 7:00 PM to 12:45 AM
A grand masked ball inspired by Baroque opera, with waltzes, variety performances, and live shows. The program includes: 7:00 PM – waltz and variety; 9:30 PM – “Funky Groove Session” by Pat’Mouille – Progeniture Company; 11:00 PM – DJ set by artist Feder.
