Event – “5th Meeting of the Historical Sites of the Grimaldis of Monaco”

From Saturday, June 15, to Sunday, June 16, 2024, Place du Palais This “5th Meeting” will see the communes of Breil-sur-Roya, Bathernay, Ventimiglia, Olivetta San Michele, Airole, Ripacandida, Campagna, Monteverde, Spinazzola, Poggiorsini, Terlizzi, and Canosa di Puglia all hosted on Palace Square. There will be cultural parades and activities, local delicacies to taste, and demonstrations of regional arts and crafts. A spectacular sound and light show on the walls of the Prince’s Palace will be the big highlight of this special evening on Saturday, June 15.

Concert – “Echoes of Atlanta & Minneapolis”

Friday, June 7, and Saturday, June 8, 2024, at 9:00 PM, La Note Bleue La Note Bleue Summer Festival – Echoes Of are France’s best purveyors of Funk, Boogie, and Disco having turned La Note Bleue upside down more than once! The Funk machine is back this summer with a heavy program of hard 70 and 80’s hitters, bringing together a repertoire of 2 of the US’ most groovy towns: Atlanta (Cameo, Gladys Knight, The SOS Band) and of course…Minneapolis (Prince, The Time, Andre Cymone). Event – “63rd Monte-Carlo Television Festival”

Environment – “Monaco Zero Cigarette Butts”

Several “MégotBox” (collection and recycling stations for cigarette butts) are located in front of certain municipal sites: the Town Hall of Monaco, the Higher School of Plastic Arts – Pavillon Bosio, the Rainier III Academy, the José Notari Video Library-Fonoteca, the Louis Notari Library, the Rainier III Nautical Stadium, the Léo Ferré Space, the Condamine Market, the Monte-Carlo Market. This initiative aims to protect the environment.

Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo – “Marcel Ravin & David Toutain”

From Saturday, May 11, to Saturday, June 22, 2024, Blue Bay Marcel Ravin Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo 2024 –

For this fourth edition of the festival, Marcel Ravin will join forces with the two-star Michelin David Toutain, Chef and owner of the David Toutain restaurant in Paris. The pair shares a great love for nature and a passion for authenticity, but also a keen interest in high-quality food from sustainable sources. Those fortunate enough to secure a table at Blue Bay Marcel Ravin will be treated to a creative culinary experience, courtesy of two master chefs.

Exhibition – “The Ice Giants”

From Wednesday, April 10, to Sunday, October 6, 2024, at the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco, polar bears and emperor penguins take center stage in “The Ice Giants,” a new exhibition by Michel Bassompierre. Seven monumental works will be installed in the Oceanographic Museum and on its panoramic terrace. Five of them will be new creations: four polar bears and one three-meter-tall emperor penguin. Original drawings and sketches will also be on display, accompanied by a film showcasing the artist’s work. This temporary exhibition is part of the Polar Mission organized by the Oceanographic Institute since 2022.

Exhibition – “Lascaux in Monaco”

From Friday, April 19, to Thursday, November 21, 2024, at the Museum of Prehistoric Anthropology, an original scenography organized around facsimiles and an immersive experience in Virtual Reality thanks to #SPL LASCAUX, exclusive thanks to the Museum’s Partners. Original objects from the Lascaux cave exhibited on loan from the National Museum of Prehistory (Les Eyzies, Dordogne) and the Institute of Human Paleontology (Paris), and also… Hyperrealistic reconstructions of 5 Cro-Magnons made by Elisabeth Daynes, a 1/10 scale model of the Lascaux cave with prehistoric paintings and illuminations, and interactive tables and low-tech maniples.

The Cabinet of Wonders – ‘The Early Years of Télé Monte-Carlo, 1954-1974’ – An exhibition exploring the first 20 years of the Monaco television channel launched in 1954. A selection of archives and objects will take you back in time to the very early days of color television. Organized by the Audiovisual Institute of Monaco, the exhibition features items entrusted by Télé Monte-Carlo for preservation, documents from partner institutions, and materials kindly provided by private individuals.

Exhibition – “Pasolini in Chiaroscuro”

From Friday, March 29, to Sunday, September 29, 2024, at the Nouveau Musée National de Monaco – Villa Sauber The new exhibition at the Villa Sauber pays tribute to Pier Paolo Pasolini, perhaps the last European intellectual to have gained worldwide fame. Fifty years after his death, his influence is still felt in the various fields in which he worked: he is read, commented on, adapted, and inspires contemporary creative artists. While he preferred to define himself as a writer, it was his films that brought him to the public’s attention. The exhibition explores his inspirations and his legacy.

Exhibition – “The Prince and the Mediterranean”

From December 6, 2023, Museum Oceanographic of Monaco In celebration of the centenary of Prince Ranier III (1923-2023), the Oceanographic Museum presents the new permanent exhibition titled “The Prince and the Mediterranean.” Through this exhibition, the Oceanographic Institute pays homage to the unwavering bond between Prince Ranier III and the Ocean, and particularly the Mediterranean. Visitors are invited aboard his boat Deo Juvante II. Guided by H.S.H. Princess Stéphanie’s voice, they will move through four exploratory and intimate spaces, discovering one after another the different facets of this Prince passionate about the Mare Nostrum.
