The Blue Flag awards beaches that excel in water quality, waste management efficiency, and environmental preservation. This recognition goes beyond a simple label: according to recent statistics, 67% of French people consider the Blue Flag an important distinction, and 81% of them choose beaches with the Blue Flag for their vacations.

The beaches and ports that will receive the blue flag have been officially announced.

In the Alpes-Maritimes department, twenty-four beaches in three different locations will have the honor of displaying the Blue Flag.

In Antibes:

Antibes-les-Pins West Antibes-les-Pins East Fontonne East Fontonne West Fort Carré Les Groules Marineland Grande plage Juan-les-Pins

In Cannes:

Shipyard Font de Veyre Goods Station Ile Sainte Marguerite East Ile Sainte Marguerite West Rochers de la Bocca Saint Georges Trou (Roubine) Midi Riou

In Nice:

Bamboo Blue Beach Forum Galion Poincaré Saint Hélène

Among the new additions:

In Antibes:

Grande plage Juan-les-Pins

In Cannes:

Goods Station Midi Riou

Additionally, seven ports in the Alpes-Maritimes region will be able to display the Blue Flag:

Marina Vieux Port de Cannes Port Camille Rayon du Golfe Juan Port de La Napoule Port de Marina Baie des Anges Port de plaisance de Cap d’Ail Port Pierre Canto Port du Moure Rouge

The new addition is Port du Moure Rouge in Cannes.
