What could be better than a good brunch accompanied by a glass of champagne?
This October, the Hotel Hermitage Monte-Carlo and the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort are bringing back their Sunday brunches, offering moments of pure pleasure, filled with conviviality and the refined art of living by Monte-Carlo.
Starting from October 20, 2024, Pavyllon Monte-Carlo, led by Chef Yannick Alléno, welcomes guests for brunch in an intimate and refined setting within the elegant Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo. Whether you choose to sit at the iconic counter or at an elegant table, the experience will always live up to expectations: creative dishes with Chef Alléno’s unmistakable style, ready to delight the most discerning palates.
The Parisian-style brunch features unique dishes such as soft-boiled eggs with sea urchins and Prunier caviar, or the “Good Witch,” macaroni glazed with smoked scamorza and Italian ham. The sweet notes are equally delightful, with specialties like the caramelized brioche with Piedmont hazelnuts, served with vanilla ice cream and coulis, or the saffron mango salad. To complete the experience, fresh fruit juices and a glass of champagne, carefully selected by the restaurant’s sommelier, will allow guests to fully enjoy Alléno’s elegant and generous cuisine.
Even the little ones will be pampered with a special menu designed just for them. For the occasion, the Kids Room at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo will be open during brunch, offering games and activities for children, allowing parents to relax and enjoy the meal.
In the unique setting of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, Sunday brunch becomes a perfect opportunity to spend time with family or friends. The “Champagne Brunch Party,” organized in collaboration with the historic Taittinger champagne house, offers a wide selection of sweet and savory dishes every Sunday. The food stands change weekly, surprising guests with new flavors and original creations, with one guiding principle: “Sharing.”
For freshness lovers, there’s the oyster bar and a selection of seafood, or the salad station, where guests can create their own dish with fresh ingredients. Don’t miss the live cooking, where meats and fish are prepared on the spot in front of the guests, providing a unique culinary spectacle.
Desserts are another highlight, with delights such as fig panna cotta, Pain Perdu, the exotic Monacoco, and the Île flottante with vanilla, all masterfully crafted by Floriane, the pastry chef at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort. Additionally, a variety of fruit tarts await the most indulgent.
All of this is accompanied by an acoustic trio playing international hits, wandering between tables to create a convivial atmosphere. The instruments change weekly, from cello, guitar, and vocals, to violin.
In keeping with Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer’s family-friendly spirit, the “Champagne Brunch Party” also offers a Kids Buffet with delicious dishes specially designed for children. A moment of pure delight for both young and old!
