The Department of National Education, Youth and Sports of the Princely Government informs candidates wishing to benefit from a scholarship or social promotion grant for the academic year 2024-2025 that online procedures are now available on the MonGuichet.mc portal.

To be eligible for a scholarship or social promotion grant, applicants must meet one of the following conditions:

  • Be of Monegasque nationality, spouse of a Monegasque national, or a foreigner dependent on a Monegasque national, be of foreign nationality dependent on or orphan of a State or Commune official, an official of a public institution or a French service established by treaty in the Principality for at least five years, either active or retired (this category does not apply to social promotion grants), or have been a resident in the Principality of Monaco for at least 10 years without interruption;
  • Be under 28 years of age for study scholarships. This age condition must not be reached before December 31 of the application year. From the age of 28, students must not interrupt their studies to continue benefiting from this program;
  • Be under 50 years of age at the time of application submission for social promotion grants.

Schedule

Applications must be submitted online:

  • Before 2:00 PM on the last Friday of September for study scholarships;
  • Before the start date of the training for social promotion grants.

The paper application remains available for those who do not have access to digital tools by collecting the form from the Department of National Education, Youth and Sports (Avenue de l’Annonciade, Monaco) or upon simple request at the email address denjs@gouv.mc
