Following the important conference held at the Forte dell’Annunziata on April 11th on “New strategies to address the Vespa velutina emergency,” the Girolamo Rossi Civic Archaeological Museum of Ventimiglia, in collaboration with the Intemelia Section of the International Institute of Ligurian Studies, is organizing a visit to the “Cera d’Ape Nera” social laboratory for the recovery, processing, and enhancement of the wax of the Black Bee of the Ligurian West, a Slow Food Presidium created by the beekeeper of Val Roya, Fabrizio Zagni, with the youths of SPES, on Tuesday, June 18, 2024. An educational event is planned in the multimedia room on biodiversity, the world of bees, and the issues faced by apoids and beekeepers.
