From November 29 to December 2, the Espace Fontvieille in the Principality of Monaco will host the 27th edition of the “Monte-Carlo Gastronomie” Salon, an unmissable event for food lovers and culinary enthusiasts, organized by Caroli Com of the Caroli Group. This event is the perfect opportunity to discover authentic local products and experience new culinary emotions in preparation for the holiday season.

With the holiday season approaching, visitors will have the chance to purchase a wide range of specialties from France, Italy, and Europe through demonstrations, tastings, and competitions.
Highlights: “Awakening Taste Buds, Exploring Culinary Creativity”
Every day, there will be culinary demonstrations by renowned chefs and emerging talents, including the famous chef Rodrigo Fernandini, who will showcase the excellence of Peruvian cuisine. These chefs will share their recipes and techniques to inspire visitors in preparing their festive menus.
6th Edition of the “Maestro Chef” Competition
This competition, reserved for eight amateur cooks, invites cooking enthusiasts to challenge themselves and interact with the best chefs in Monaco. Organized in collaboration with the “Monaco Goût et Saveurs” Association, the competition will take place from Friday, November 29, to Sunday, December 1, with the final on Sunday from 12:00 to 15:15, featuring a different recipe each day. The jury will consist of Monegasque chefs and the winner of the 2023 edition, Rahima Habib. At the end of the award ceremony, students from the “Ranieri III de Monaco” High School will offer a closing cocktail to participants.
2nd Edition of the “Heart Evening”
This year’s charity event will benefit the “Monaco Collectif Humanitaire,” which provides assistance to children with cardiac and orthopedic conditions who cannot receive treatment in their home countries. The evening will take place on Friday, November 29, at the salon, where chefs will prepare small bites to support this cause. All proceeds will be donated to the organization, which has been operating for over 15 years. 3rd Edition of the “Maestro Kids” Competition
Nine young budding chefs from schools in the Principality will compete in a creative contest focused on sweet and savory muffins, judged by a panel of expert chefs. This event will take place on Monday, December 2, from 8:30 to 11:45, in collaboration with the “Monaco Goût et Saveurs” Association.
Other Significant Competitions
During the salon, other major competitions will also take place, including the Slow Food Competition, which will award exhibitors for the quality and originality of their products, and the Monte-Carlo Gastronomie Wine & Spirits Awards, dedicated to the best wines, champagnes, and spirits under the direction of Dominique Milardi, president of the Monegasque Association of Sommeliers. The awards ceremony for these competitions will take place on Friday, November 29, from 17:00 to 17:30.
A Gastronomic Journey Not to Be Missed
At the Espace Fontvieille, more than 100 exhibitors will offer a variety of high-quality products, including foie gras, truffles, caviar, chocolate, pastries, cheeses, cured meats, and organic products from across Europe. The event will take place over 2,500 m² in a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for experiencing the excitement of the upcoming holiday season. On Monday, December 2, at 17:30, there will also be a raffle with prizes made from the exhibitors’ products.
