As part of the Printemps des Poètes, the Médiathèque Caroline opens its doors to young people with a Flow d’ados workshop designed to explore slam and rap as powerful forms of personal expression. The workshop will take place on Thursday 26 and Friday 27 February 2026, from 2:00 to 5:00 pm, through an intensive creative journey combining words, voice, and rhythm.
The workshop will be led by Yass Sogo, who will guide participants step by step in discovering poetic writing and musical performance. The first afternoon will focus on creating intimate and authentic texts, experimenting with rhythm, imagery, and vocal expression. The second session will be dedicated to recording the pieces, with the support of the media library’s digital mediator.
The project will conclude with a public presentation: a “musical siesta” scheduled for 31 March at 12:15 pm, during which the works created during the workshop will be shared, offering young authors a moment of visibility and recognition.
The workshop is open to teenagers aged 11 and over. Places are limited, and participation in both sessions is required. The atelier is conceived as a welcoming, judgment-free environment, based on sharing, respect, and creative freedom.
Registration is mandatory and can be completed directly at the Médiathèque Caroline, by phone at +377 93 15 29 40, or online via the media library’s official website.
