For the third consecutive year, the Monte-Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra presents the Mozart Festival in Monaco, an extraordinary opportunity to celebrate the Austrian genius.

From January 23 to February 4, 2024, the stage of the Auditorium Rainier III will host a series of 5 concerts, offering the audience the chance to immerse themselves in the most beautiful works of Mozart and his contemporaries.

During these ten days, the most renowned Mozartian artists of the moment will take turns performing symphonies, concertos, and chamber music, exploring both the composer’s most famous works and those less known but equally fascinating.

The festival begins today, January 23, with an enchanting “Happy Hour Musical” at 6:30 pm at the Auditorium Rainier III, presented by members of the OPMC. The program, entirely dedicated to Mozart, will include the Quintet with Horn in E-flat major, K. 407/356, and the Quintet with Clarinet in A major, K. 581.

On January 27 at 8:00 pm, also at the Auditorium Rainier III, the symphonic concert “Mozart in Monaco” will take place. The program includes HAYDN’s Symphony No. 70 in D major, the Sinfonia Concertante for Violin and Viola in E-flat major, K. 364 (320d), and Symphony No. 41 in C major, K. 551 “Jupiter.”
