Regarded as the dean of jazz festivals in Europe, the International Jazz Festival of Antibes Juan-les-Pins, known as “Jazz à Juan“, is an essential element of French and European culture and heritage. Its exceptional influence makes it one of the most prestigious and effective communication vehicles for Antibes Juan-les-Pins and the French Riviera on the international stage.

Since its inception in 1960, Jazz à Juan has remained an open and evolving festival over the decades. It’s difficult to name all the artists who have performed in the magical setting of the pine forest.

Since its foundation, “Jazz à Juan” has presented a wide range of jazz styles over the decades, ranging from Swing to be-bop or post-be-bop, from gospel to roots, from soul to funk or rock, from African to European or American, from contemporary to “New Orleans”… Over the years, the audience has changed, but “Jazz à Juan” has always maintained the visceral instinct of its own legend.
