Nice: a First Weekend of Winter Between Art, Sport and Entertainment

The first weekend of 2026 in Nice promises to be full of events and activities for all tastes, confirming the city as a vibrant hub of culture, sports, and entertainment. From exhibitions and theatrical performances to outdoor events, there is something for everyone.

Theater enthusiasts can enjoy “Le Malade Imaginaire” on Sunday, January 4, 2026, at the Théâtre l’Alphabet, a classic performance blending comedy and social reflection. Sports fans can attend the OGC Nice / Strasbourg match at the Stade Allianz Riviera from January 2 to 4, while the Prom Classic by URMC road race takes place on Sunday, January 4, along the Promenade des Anglais, combining sport, scenery, and community participation.

Nice also shines for its cultural and artistic offerings. Until January 4, 2026, the Galerie Ferrero hosts “Phôs – Robert de Nice”, while Mobilboard Nice offers a fun treasure hunt, Les Mystères du Vieux-Nice, through the streets of Old Nice for both children and adults.
