The summer 2025 season promises to be vibrant and full of creativity for Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo, who will celebrate new creation with two world premieres in Monaco.
Kicking things off, on June 20 and 21, the Princess Grace Academy will take the stage at the prestigious Salle Garnier of the Opéra de Monte-Carlo for its traditional end-of-year Gala. This highly anticipated event is a stepping stone for young dancers on their way to joining renowned international companies.
From July 17 to 20, the same stage will host the unveiling of two brand-new works commissioned by Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo: one by the Compagnie Kor’sia — previously admired as part of the Monaco Dance Forum — and the other by Slovak choreographer Lukáš Timulak. A former dancer with the company, Timulak returns to Monaco with a piece that confirms his status as a rising force in contemporary dance.
While not performing in Monaco, Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo will represent the Principality abroad with an international tour that includes stops in Cuba and Spain: in Havana from May 16 to 18, and in Valencia and Granada from June 21 to 29.
