Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer presents an exclusive series of gourmet dinners at its Michelin-starred restaurants, with reservations now open.

The Château de Beaucastel at Pavyllon Monte-Carlo: An Evening with Yannick Alleno

The enchanting Hotel Hermitage Monte-Carlo will host an exceptional dinner on March 21st at the renowned Pavyllon Monte-Carlo restaurant, created by Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alleno*. The evening will feature the prestigious Château de Beaucastel, located in the heart of Provence, surrounded by hills dotted with vineyards, ancient olive groves, and truffle oak trees.

François Perrin, former Chef de Cave at Château de Beaucastel, will be present with his wife to share the history of the estate, which dates back to the 16th century, enriching the experience with fascinating family anecdotes. The dinner will be accompanied by an exceptional selection of wines, including the Château de Beaucastel, Hommage à Jacques Perrin 2000, a rare and unique cuvée.

An Unprecedented Mets & Rhums Pairing at Blue Bay by Marcel Ravin

After the success of the “Tradition moderne créole” dinner in January and the special Valentine’s Day dinner in February, Blue Bay by Michelin-starred chef Marcel Ravin** adds another gastronomic event to its 2025 calendar. On March 28th, Ravin will present “Terra di nascita,” a dinner that celebrates his Creole roots and the excellence of rum from Martinique, his homeland.

In this exclusive dinner, each dish will be carefully paired with a rum from Martinique, the only AOC rum in the world. The event marks the first-ever “mets & rhums” experience in the Principality of Monaco and is organized in collaboration with CODERUM Martinique, a committee that brings together the island’s rum distillers and sugar producers.

A Culinary Collaboration Between Dominique Lory & Alessandro Borghese at the Grill

On April 26th, the Grill at Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer invites guests to enjoy a unique gastronomic experience with a four-hands dinner featuring Dominique Lory, Michelin-starred chef at the Grill, and the famous Italian chef Alessandro Borghese. The dinner will take place at the Hotel de Paris Monte-Carlo, on the top floor, with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean.

The chefs will present typical Mediterranean dishes, including San Remo prawns, Venetian-style cod, cacio e pepe spaghetti, and Sicilian cassata. It will be an unmissable opportunity to savor Italian delicacies, paired with a selection of regional wines, all in an elegant setting.
