For five years, the Festival des Étoilés Monte-Carlo has been a landmark event in the world of gastronomy, establishing itself as an unmissable occasion in the Principality of Monaco. The 2025 edition will kick off on April 10, offering an extraordinary culinary experience.
After an edition dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the Wine Cellars of the Hôtel de Paris, this year the Festival celebrates its fifth anniversary with a series of exceptional four-hands dinners. The Michelin-starred chefs of the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer Group will welcome some of the greatest names in French and international gastronomy, culminating in the highly anticipated seven-Michelin-star gala dinner.
Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, boasting seven Michelin stars in its gastronomic offerings, stands out as the most starred resort in Europe. With 162 years of history and more than 30 restaurants and bars, the Group showcases the talent of its chefs through unique and refined events, including the Festival des Étoilés Monte-Carlo, a must-attend occasion for lovers of fine dining.
The Festival will begin on April 10 at Le Grill*, atop the iconic Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo. Here, chef Dominique Lory will host Pierre Gagnaire, with whom he collaborated 25 years ago. Lory will also welcome Thierry Méchinaud, chef of the Pierre Gagnaire* restaurant in Paris, for an evening dedicated to the finest French cuisine.
On June 20, the stage will move to Louis XV – Alain Ducasse at Hôtel de Paris*, where Alain Ducasse, together with Emmanuel Pilon, will welcome Albert Adrià, renowned for his experience at the legendary elBulli and now leading Enigma in Barcelona.
On July 13, the elegant Pavyllon Monte-Carlo will host a meeting between two giants of gastronomy: Yannick Alléno and Italian chef Davide Oldani, known for his “Cucina Pop” philosophy, which blends simple ingredients with innovative techniques.
On July 18, the Blue Bay at Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort will conclude the series of dinners with an exceptional collaboration between Marcel Ravin and Anne-Sophie Pic, the most Michelin-starred female chef in the world, who will bring her refined and bold cuisine to the Principality.
The 2025 edition of the Festival will conclude with the traditional gala dinner in the fall, held in one of the prestigious venues of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer. A unique opportunity to celebrate haute cuisine in an exclusive and refined setting.
