This summer, the French Riviera pulses with energy thanks to the fifth edition of Un Été à CAP. Until August 31, CAP3000 transforms into an open-air arena, hosting a wide range of free cultural, musical and family-friendly activities along the seafront of Saint-Laurent-du-Var.
From July 1 to 27, the Beach Sport Festival returns, in collaboration with the City of Saint-Laurent-du-Var. The program includes:
International Beach Tennis Tournament (until July 13)
French Beach Volleyball Championship (July 18–20)
Open de France – 3×3 Basketball (July 24–27)
High-energy matches and demonstrations take place daily, continuing into the evening for a thrilling beachside experience.
Two unmissable nights light up Cousteau Beach:
July 15 – Beach 90: A nostalgic charity party with ’90s icons L5, Corona, Larusso, Ménélik, Worlds Apart, hosted by Charly & Lulu
July 22 – Kendji Girac in concert: Celebrating 10 years of music with an exclusive live performance by the Mediterranean
From July 16 to August 13, every Wednesday the promenade becomes an open-air cinema. Free screenings with 200 deckchairs available, in partnership with the center’s restaurants:

Every Thursday from July 17 to August 14, CAP3000’s terraces host acoustic live performances from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Enjoy dinner or drinks with a sunset view and mellow sounds.

The Ninja Box: an exciting climbing course on Place Azur, open daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. (€10 for 30 minutes)
