
Nice is in the heart of the Carnival 2026, themed “Vive la Reine!”, a tribute to the women who have marked history and the collective imagination. The festival, the most important winter event on the French Riviera, continues until March 1, with parades, shows, and events throughout the city.
The central week is the most exciting, with unmissable events at Place Masséna, the Promenade des Anglais, and the city center.

2:30 PM – Battle of Flowers
Floats decorated with floral arrangements distribute over 100,000 flowers to the public, creating a spectacle of colors, fragrances, and costumes.
