The Principality of Monaco is set for another vibrant summer season with the return of “L’Été en Famille” 2026, a free entertainment program organized by the Mairie de Monaco. From July 3 to August 16, 2026, two of the city’s most emblematic locations — Larvotto Beach and Port Hercule — will be transformed into lively outdoor spaces dedicated to families, children, and visitors.

The initiative aims to enhance public spaces in Monaco by offering a wide range of free summer activities, including games, sports, relaxation areas, and food stalls, all in a family-friendly environment.


L’Été au Larvotto 2026: a seaside playground for families

📅 Dates: July 3 – August 16, 2026

The first area to open is Larvotto Beach, which will be turned into a vibrant seaside village designed for families and children. Open daily, it offers a wide range of recreational activities.

Key attractions include:

  • outdoor trampolines and games
  • duck fishing games for children
  • “Iris” photo booth stand
  • braiding and temporary tattoo stations
  • snack area with hot dogs and refreshments
  • shaded relaxation zones surrounded by greenery

The goal is to create a safe, fun, and relaxing environment where families can enjoy summer evenings by the sea.


L’Été au Port Hercule 2026: sports, games and street food on the harbor

📍 Location: Port Hercule (Quai Albert Ier), Monaco
📅 Dates: July 10 – August 9, 2026

Starting July 10, the festivities expand to Port Hercule, one of Monaco’s most iconic waterfront areas. The Quai Albert Ier will host a wide range of sports, games, and food experiences.

The program includes:

  • sports activities for all ages

  • children’s games and entertainment
  • food and beverage stalls
  • open-air relaxation areas along the harbor

This new format transforms the port into a dynamic public space dedicated to summer social life.


Opening hours

  • 🎡 Activities and entertainment: daily from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM
  • 🍔 Food stalls: from 11:30 AM to 10:30 PM (continuous service)

Both venues will operate simultaneously during the peak summer season, offering a rich and accessible program for everyone.
