Monaco launches new website for the Campaign Accounts Verification Commission

The Campaign Accounts Verification Commission of the Principality of Monaco has announced the launch of its new website, now available at comptescampagne.gouv.mc. The platform marks another step forward in the Principality’s digital transformation strategy, making information on the financing of election campaigns more accessible, transparent and user-friendly.

A portal dedicated to transparency in election campaign financing

Established by Law No. 1.389 of 2 July 2012 and made permanent by Law No. 1.453 of 16 October 2017, the Commission is responsible for ensuring compliance with the rules governing the financing of election campaigns in the Principality of Monaco.

It reviews campaign accounts, assists candidates and their financial representatives throughout the reporting process, and provides public access to official publications and legal reference documents.

A website designed for candidates, financial representatives and citizens

The new portal was developed through close cooperation between the Commission, the Directorate of Digital Services (DSN) and the Directorate of Information Systems (DSI), with the aim of creating a single, centralized platform for election campaign information and services.

Users can easily access:

  • obligations applicable at every stage of the election campaign;
  • election timetable and key deadlines;
  • practical guides for candidates and financial representatives;
  • document templates and forms required to prepare campaign accounts;
  • adv-513
  • information regarding the right to open a dedicated campaign bank account.

Official reports, legislation and institutional information

The website also presents the Commission’s mission, organization and composition, while providing access to a comprehensive collection of official resources.

Visitors can consult:

  • reports published following national and municipal elections;
  • official Commission press releases;
  • laws, ordinances and regulations governing election campaign financing in Monaco.

Supporting Monaco’s digital transformation

With this new platform, the Commission reinforces its commitment to transparency and accessibility by bringing together institutional information, practical resources and legal references in one place.

The project forms part of the Government of Monaco’s digital transformation strategy, which aims to modernize public services and provide increasingly accessible, efficient and user-oriented digital tools.
