The Principality of Monaco is set for a weekend filled with elegance and automotive passion. On Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 July, Port Hercule will host the 5th International Gathering of Historic Fiat 500s, an unmissable event for collectors, enthusiasts, and lovers of Italian design.
Organized by the Fiat 500 Monte-Carlo Club, with the support of the Italian Embassy and many local partners, the event will showcase over 80 iconic models of the legendary city car, lovingly restored and ready to shine. From vintage originals to rare special editions, these Fiat 500s will parade through Monaco’s streets, celebrating decades of pop culture – from Fellini to Mission Impossible.
But it’s not just about engines. On Saturday evening at 8:30 p.m., the band The Fly Blue’s will offer a free tribute concert to Zucchero, coinciding with the 20th anniversary of H.S.H. Prince Albert II’s ascension to the throne – a happy overlap that turns this gathering into a truly festive occasion.
“We’re 95% ready, and the excitement is high,” says Massimo Peleson, President of the Club. “A huge thanks to our incredible members for their dedication and passion, and to all our partners – especially the Italian Embassy in Monaco for its patronage. We’re proud to take part in such an important celebration for the Principality, and we invite everyone to join us for a night of music and joy.”
The program also includes parades, elegance contests, themed displays, and a focus on solidarity: the Scouts of Monaco will manage food services, and part of the proceeds will go to BE SAFE, an association raising awareness about the dangers of drinking and driving among young people.
The Fiat 500 Monte-Carlo Club warmly invites collectors and curious visitors alike to experience the spirit of la dolce vita – because in Monaco, legends aren’t just admired, they’re celebrated.
