
The city of Menton has officially inaugurated the new edition of its Fossan Beach Library, a summer cultural initiative that transforms the Esplanade Francis Palmero seaside area into an open-air reading space dedicated to relaxation and literature. The opening ceremony took place on 1 July 2026, in the presence of the Deputy Mayor for Culture Éric Eche.
The initiative will run until 29 August 2026, offering residents and visitors a free cultural experience that combines sea, reading and leisure.
