The job market in Southern France reaches a key milestone this week. On Thursday, March 26, 2026, the Allianz Riviera stadium in Nice will host the 9th edition of the OGC Nice Employment Forum (Forum de l’Emploi). This is one of the region’s most effective recruitment events, designed to turn a simple meeting into a signed contract.
Organized in close collaboration with France Travail, the City of Nice, and the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, the forum is sponsored by Crédit Agricole Provence Côte d’Azur. Past figures confirm the format’s success: in 2025, over 5,000 candidates attended, resulting in more than 600 immediate job placements.
This year, the stakes are even higher. More than 70 leading local companies will be present, ready to hire immediately. The opportunities cover approximately 200 different job types for a total of 1,000 vacancies.
The sectors represented at the 2026 Forum include:
Tourism & Hospitality: Hotel and catering (essential for the upcoming season).
Finance: Banking and insurance.
Retail: Large-scale distribution and sales.
Construction & Tech: Industry, building, digital, and marketing.
Healthcare & Social: Health services, social care, and security.
Logistics: Transport and general services.
The strength of this event lies in its job dating format. Candidates won’t just drop off a CV; they can sit directly across from HR managers. It is the perfect chance to present your resume, demonstrate soft skills, and get immediate feedback.
Entry to the Employment Forum is free and open to all, regardless of age or experience.
Date: Thursday, March 26, 2026.
Location: Allianz Riviera, Nice (Entrance Gate K, West side).
How to get there:
Tram: Line 3, “Stade” stop.
Car: P1 Bis parking (exceptionally open for the event).
Preparation: Job offers are already available for preview on the OGC Nice official website.
