The French Riviera is set to celebrate a weekend dedicated to the finest Italian culinary traditions. From April 10 to 12, 2026, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat will host the “Italian Market & Gastronomy” event, a must-attend experience for food lovers and culture enthusiasts.

A journey through seven Italian regions

Organized in collaboration with the Italian Chamber of Commerce and the Italian Chefs Association, the event will feature around 15 exhibitors from Campania, Basilicata, Emilia-Romagna, Liguria, Lazio, Puglia, and Veneto.

Visitors will discover a wide range of authentic Italian specialties, including wines, extra virgin olive oil, artisanal pasta, cheeses, buffalo mozzarella, truffles, and more. Guests can taste traditional dishes on-site or purchase directly from producers in a lively and convivial atmosphere.

Show cooking, workshops, and live entertainment

The event offers a rich program designed for all audiences, including:

  • live cooking demonstrations (show cooking)
  • sweet and savory cooking workshops
  • talks on Italian gastronomic culture
  • live music and concerts
  • games and interactive activities

Opening times and free entry

The official opening will take place on Friday, April 10 at 6:30 PM, featuring an aperitif with a buffet of Italian specialties.

Free entry for all visitors:

  • Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

The event will be held at the iconic Théâtre sur la Mer, a landmark venue in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Known for hosting successful themed markets, the town continues to strengthen its reputation as a hub for high-quality gastronomic events.
