The Commission for the Allocation of Public Housing met on February 13, 2024, at the Ministry of State under the presidency of Mr. Marco PICCININI, Government Counselor-Minister of Finance and the Economy. This Commission, for which a call for applications had been launched from September 11, 2023, to October 6, 2023, resulted in the allocation of 254 housing units within the “IDA – block C” building, “Carmelha,” the Elevation of the Reséda Tower, as well as apartments returned after renovation.

This new Commission follows the realization of efforts undertaken by the Government at the initiative of H.S.H. the Sovereign Prince, for the housing of Monegasque citizens with consistently high satisfaction rates, excluding waiting lists.

The two previous Commissions in 2022 and 2023 had already resulted in the proposal of 212 and 304 housing units, respectively.

These operations of the National Housing Plan have been prioritized in the government’s budget, as highlighted and confirmed by the National Council during the budget law votes for the relevant fiscal years.
