Flavors and Aromas of the Riviera

The Cross-Border Landscape Observatory (OdP-TRIF) opens its new conference season with the event “Flavors and Aromas of the Riviera”, scheduled for October 1st in the Principality of Monaco.

An encounter that blends gastronomic culture, science, and the promotion of local traditions, featuring two exceptional guests:

• Mauro Merlenghi, President of the Circolo della Castagnola in Ventimiglia, who has long worked to safeguard and promote traditional recipes from the Riviera dei Fiori, the French Riviera, and Monaco.

• Gianni Conte, herbalist and botanist specializing in ultrasonic extraction technologies, with international collaborations in the confectionery, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and herbal sectors.

The audience will be guided on a journey through memory and innovation: from rediscovering local culinary specialties to exploring new frontiers of research applied to taste and wellbeing.
