On the occasion of its 15th annual meeting, the Graduates Integration Commission (CID) presented a particularly encouraging report for the year 2024/2025, marked by concrete actions in favor of the professional integration of young graduates in the Principality, as well as the development of new ambitious projects for 2025-2026.
Enhanced support for young graduates
The CID presented a positive report of its actions in support of young graduates in the Principality.
In 2024, 183 young people were supported, of whom 98 successfully entered the professional world. The CID network now includes 269 partner companies.
Among the major actions carried out:
51 events organized, including a new Youth Space at the Employment Forum
CV workshops, mock interviews, and the publication of an application guide
Round tables in high schools with the participation of 82 professionals and 518 students
Preparation for Civil Service entrance exams
For 2025, the CID is preparing:
The launch of an Alumni Network
Broadening its target group to all young people with a connection to Monaco
A digital platform with a CV database
A newsletter dedicated to businesses

Thanks to the remarkable work of the CID, we are strengthening personalized support in close collaboration with our public and private partners.
