Antibes, Autumn 2026 Events: Science, Love, Jazz and Books at the Palais des Congrès

From September to November, the Palais des Congrès Antipolis in Juan-les-Pins hosts five events dedicated to health, scientific research, relationships, jazz and children’s literature, with talks, conferences, workshops and performances open to the general public.

Health and stress: the first event on September 22

The autumn programme at the Palais des Congrès Antipolis begins on September 22 with the meeting “Vivre dans un monde stressé, comportements alimentaires et stress : le cercle vicieux”, part of the Rencontres CSH programme.

The event will focus on the relationship between stress, eating behaviour and health, exploring the mechanisms that can turn stress and dietary habits into a vicious circle.

Psychiatrists Anne-Hélène Clair and Jacques Glikman will take part in the discussion, moderated by Dr Philippe Fagnoni.

The meeting is free of charge and will take place from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, offering the public an opportunity to explore a topic that has become increasingly relevant to everyday life.

October 10–11: the Village des Sciences et de l’Innovation returns

On October 10 and 11, the Palais des Congrès will host the Village des Sciences et de l’Innovation, organised by the Communauté d’Agglomération Sophia Antipolis, Université Côte d’Azur and Sophia Club Entreprises, as part of the national Fête de la Science programme.

Spread across approximately 2,200 square metres, the event will bring science closer to the public through experiments, demonstrations, games and interactive activities.

The programme is particularly aimed at families, children and anyone curious about the world of research and innovation. Previous editions attracted between 8,000 and 10,000 visitors, confirming the event’s popularity.

“C’est quoi l’Amour pour vous?”: two days devoted to love

On October 24 and 25, the spotlight turns to relationships and emotions with “C’est quoi l’Amour pour vous?”, a two-day event exploring the many dimensions of love.

Psychologists, philosophers, therapists, sexologists and neuroscientists will discuss topics ranging from attraction and desire to relationships, attachment and the fear of falling in love.

Among the guests are Frédéric Lenoir, Thérèse Hargot and Florentine d’Aulnois-Wang.

The programme includes 10 conferences, 16 workshops and 40 exhibitors, creating an opportunity for the public to approach the subject of love from different professional and cultural perspectives.

Jammin’Juan brings new jazz talent to Antibes

On October 29 and 30, the Palais des Congrès becomes a meeting place for European jazz with the ninth edition of Jammin’Juan.

The event is designed as a showcase for emerging European jazz talent, bringing together festival programmers, venue and club directors, music industry professionals, the press and jazz enthusiasts.

Afternoon showcases are open to the general public, while concerts begin at 9 pm.

The line-up includes artists and projects such as Setenta, Awa Ly, Matti Klein Soul Trio and Nicolas Gardel Quartet, alongside other emerging names from the European jazz scene.

November brings the Salon du Livre Jeunesse

The autumn programme concludes on November 14 and 15 with the eighth edition of the Salon du Livre Jeunesse, an event dedicated to children and young readers.

Authors and illustrators will meet the public through presentations, workshops and activities, alongside games, exhibitions and performances designed to encourage reading and creativity.

The event offers families an opportunity to discover new books and meet the people behind them in an engaging and accessible setting.

An autumn season dedicated to knowledge and culture

With this programme, the Palais des Congrès Antipolis confirms its role as more than a venue for conventions and professional events.
