Parc Princesse Antoinette Monaco welcomes new animals to its family-friendly zoological garden

Parc Princesse Antoinette in Monaco has welcomed new residents in its dedicated animal area. Since this summer, two hens and four ducks have officially joined the park’s small zoological garden, a popular destination for families in the Principality and young visitors.

The animals were donated by the Jardin Animalier de Monaco as part of a collaboration between Monaco’s municipal facilities, launched during the zoo’s temporary closure for renovation work.

The arrival of these new animals represents a further step in the development of Parc Princesse Antoinette, which for years has provided children with an educational space where they can connect with nature and discover the animal world in a safe and welcoming environment.

The initiative was created to maintain the presence of animals within the park while renovation work was being carried out at the Jardin Animalier de Monaco.

“Thanks to the generous proposal from the Jardin Animalier de Monaco, which I would like to warmly thank, we had the pleasure of welcoming two new hens and four ducks. This collaboration allows us to continue our commitment to animal welfare while offering families a lively and welcoming zoological garden,” said Axelle Amalberti Verdino, Monaco Town Hall councillor responsible for City Activities.
