Monaco once again becomes a key stage of the international motorsport season, not only on the track but also in the world of art. With the exhibition “MOTORS”, hosted at the Atelier of Quai des Artistes, the Principality offers a creative dialogue between contemporary culture and the world of racing.
The exhibition, open until May 30, 2026, takes place during Monaco’s major motorsport events, including the Monaco Historic Grand Prix and the Monaco E-Prix, turning the city into a living stage dedicated to speed, design and innovation.
“MOTORS” brings together around ten contemporary and street artists who reinterpret the racing universe through innovative and experimental visual languages.
Among the works on display are iconic portraits of motorsport legends such as Ayrton Senna and Monegasque driver Charles Leclerc, alongside illuminated helmet sculptures and installations blending irony, urban art and design.
The exhibition aims to offer an alternative reading of motorsport, moving away from traditional racing aesthetics and embracing contemporary artistic expression.
The project features artists from diverse creative backgrounds, including Harry James, Sly2, Mr OneTeas, Indy Saki, Loris Quintana, Kotek, Dario Vella, Asia Nasi, Rice and Gérard Haton Gauthier.
Each artist interprets the theme of motorsport in a unique way, transforming speed, technology and competition into visual works ranging from painting to street art and installation.
The initiative is part of Monaco’s unique environment, where sport, luxury and culture converge during major racing events such as the Historic Grand Prix and the E-Prix. Within this context, “MOTORS” strengthens the link between the territory and the global motorsport world, offering a parallel cultural experience alongside the races.
The historic Quai des Artistes becomes a contemporary exhibition space, open to artistic experimentation and international audiences.
The exhibition “MOTORS” is open until May 30, 2026 at the Atelier of Quai des Artistes in the heart of the Principality.
A unique opportunity to discover how the world of motorsport becomes a source of artistic inspiration, blending speed, emotion and contemporary creativity.
