The Garden Club de Monaco returns to the spotlight with two major events dedicated to floral art: the 57th International Bouquet Competition and the second edition of “Monaco en Fleurs”. Together, they will transform the Principality of Monaco into a vibrant showcase of colors, creativity, and elegance.

International Bouquet Competition at the Yacht Club

Founded in 1968 by Grace Kelly, the Garden Club organizes this prestigious competition on May 9–10, 2026, at the iconic Yacht Club de Monaco.

Held under the High Patronage of Albert II of Monaco and the Presidency of Caroline of Monaco, the event welcomes participants of all ages and nationalities, from professionals to enthusiasts.

The 2026 theme, “Celestial”, inspires a range of artistic categories, including:

  • large-scale floral creations inspired by storms
  • pedestal arrangements reflecting moonlight
  • table settings such as “Dinner under the stars”
  • wall compositions inspired by northern lights
  • a special youth category dedicated to the sun

Entries will be evaluated by:

  • an Official Jury of international floral art experts
  • a Special Jury, chaired by Caroline of Monaco

Awards include gold, silver, and bronze distinctions, as well as the prestigious Princess Grace of Monaco Prize.

  • Sunday, May 10: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

On Sunday, visitors can also enjoy:

  • a live floral demonstration (11:00 AM – 12:30 PM)
  • talks and conferences on floral design (2:30 PM – 4:30 PM)

“Monaco en Fleurs”: a city-wide floral experience

From May 4 to 10, 2026, the second edition of “Monaco en Fleurs” will invite local businesses to transform their storefronts into floral art displays across the Principality of Monaco.

Visitors can explore the city through “The Flower Route”, a dedicated map highlighting decorated boutiques along key streets such as rue Princesse Caroline and boulevard des Moulins.

Monaco as a hub of floral excellence

With these events, the Garden Club de Monaco reinforces Monaco’s status as an international hub for floral art, creativity, and design.

A unique opportunity to experience the Principality in full bloom, where nature meets art and tradition meets innovation.
