The Fairmont Monte Carlo, an icon of elegance in the heart of the famous Carré d’Or, announces the return of its exclusive Easter Brunch 2026, taking place on Sunday, April 5, 2026. Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the legendary Grand Prix circuit, the hotel offers a unique Easter experience, combining gourmet cuisine, family entertainment, and convivial moments for all ages.

Gourmet Menu for a Spring Brunch

The brunch will be served on the stunning panoramic rooftop, featuring a menu that blends traditional Easter flavors with a contemporary twist. Highlights include the classic Easter lamb, a refined seafood bar, and a wide selection of fresh, seasonal salads.

Pastry chef Fabrice Didier, together with his team, will present an exceptional selection of handcrafted desserts, culminating in an impressive chocolate bar designed to delight both adults and children.

Family Entertainment and Fun

The event will feature live music, while children can enjoy egg hunts, creative workshops, and activities led by professional animators, making it a complete and engaging experience for the whole family.

For Easter, Fairmont Monte Carlo also presents an exclusive collection of artisanal chocolate eggs, available from March 23 to April 12, 2026. The collection includes:

  • Coulant Egg: a mix of milk and dark chocolate with a soft center

  • Golden Vibrato Egg: handcrafted entirely in dark chocolate

The spring season continues with the reopening of Nobu Monte Carlo on March 5, 2026. Chef Nobu Matsuhisa offers a seasonal spring Omakase menu, alongside the restaurant’s iconic classics such as Yellowtail Jalapeño and Black Cod Miso.
