Each year, the official website of the Princely Government, gouv.mc, records over one million visits from more than 190 countries and totals more than 1.8 million page views. A true reference platform for anyone interested in the Principality—whether individuals or professionals, residents or non-residents—it represents a key gateway to institutional information.
The website generates over 40,000 downloads of official publications and provides more than 200,000 redirects to partner websites. It therefore plays a central role in guiding users through the digital ecosystem of the Monegasque Administration, which today includes more than 80 online services.
Led by the Interministerial Delegation for Digital Transition (DITN), in close collaboration with Ministerial Departments and State Services, this project is part of a continuous improvement approach, designed with users at its core.
The new gouv.mc website features a completely redesigned interface, offering smooth and optimized navigation across all devices—desktop, smartphone, and tablet. It is also available in English, meeting the expectations of international audiences.
Thanks to a simplified structure and updated content, access to information is now clearer, more comprehensive, and more intuitive. This evolution makes it easier to understand the organization, missions, and actions of the Princely Government, while highlighting the work of State Services and enhancing their visibility through news and topics related to Government Action.
The “History and Heritage” section has also been expanded, better showcasing the initiatives undertaken in recent years to promote Monegasque culture.
Through this redesign, the Princely Government reaffirms its commitment to providing clear, high-quality, and accessible institutional information, in line with the strategy for the ongoing development of public services in the Principality, and fully focused on users’ needs.
