The “Ma Place PMR” application enhances the mobility support system for people with reduced mobility in the Principality.
Following the launch of the Street Nav application last October, the Principality now offers a complementary digital tool dedicated to inclusive mobility.

This interface enables users to geolocate and monitor, in near real time, the availability of on-street PMR parking spaces, making travel easier for holders of a dedicated parking permit.

To date, 64 of the 73 identified parking spaces have been equipped, with full completion of the system scheduled for 2026.

“Ma Place PMR fully aligns with the Handipact policy of the Princely Government,” emphasized Christophe Robino, Minister of Government, highlighting an approach that is voluntary, collaborative, with everyone and for everyone.

The project’s development clearly reflects this collaborative spirit. It is the result of joint efforts between public sector departments—the Department of Social Affairs and Health, the Interministerial Delegation for Digital Transition, and the Department of Urban Planning—and private-sector partnersMonaco Telecom, Tickitall, and Urbiotica—all mobilized around this innovative and inclusive initiative.

In addition, the Monégasque Association of People with Motor Disabilities took part in practical testing, in line with the Handipact principle: “nothing for us without us.”

Finally, the year 2025 marked the deployment of two innovative digital solutions supporting mobility and accessibility, enabling people with disabilities to move around and park more easily throughout the Principality of Monaco.
