The 25th edition of the Assises de la Cybersécurité opened yesterday in Monaco, marking a milestone event for the global cybersecurity community.
The session began with an introduction by the Director, Maria Iacono, followed by an address from the Minister of State, Christophe Mirmand, and contributions from Claudia Pina, National Expert seconded to Eurojust, Vincent Strubel, Director General of ANSSI, and Joffrey Céléstin-Urbain, President of Campus Cyber.

🔐 A must-attend event for 25 years

A true institution for cybersecurity professionals, the Assises have, for a quarter of a century, brought together a committed community to discuss current and future challenges in digital protection.

With a dedicated space, the Monaco Cyber Security Initiative enables the Monaco Digital Security Agency (AMSN) to unite leading figures in the sector, including specialists in consulting, services, and support for government entities, operators of vital importance (OIV), and companies integrating cybersecurity into their digital transformation projects.

💬 Trust, the foundation of cybersecurity

During his speech, Minister of State Christophe Mirmand emphasized the essential role of cybersecurity actors:

“In a world that is highly connected and within a tense international context, every innovation and every interaction necessarily relies on the concept of trust.
And this trust, which guides us every day, is made possible thanks to you — the cybersecurity professionals.”

🤝 A renewed partnership between France and Monaco

During the event, Vincent Strubel, Director General of ANSSI, and Frédéric Fautrier, Director of AMSN, renewed the Cooperation Programme between ANSSI and AMSN for the period 2025–2030.

The first agreement, signed on October 1, 2015 and renewed during the 2020 Assises, reflects the strong ties between France and Monaco.
This new programme includes:

  • information sharing and strategic analysis,

  • enhanced security of information systems,

  • promotion of trusted products and services,

  • digital sovereignty initiatives,

  • and cooperation in crisis management.

As part of this partnership, ANSSI invited AMSN to take part in the RAMPAR25 exercise, which brought together more than 1,000 public and private entities on 18 September 2025.
