October in Antibes is not only the month when autumn takes hold, but also when culture, sport and entertainment come to life. The calendar is packed with festivals, concerts, exhibitions and guided tours, enlivening every corner of the city and attracting an increasingly diverse audience.

Main events

  • Antibes Acrobatics (3–5 October, AzurArena): for three days, the world’s best trampolinists and tumblers compete in the World Cup, returning to France after ten years. A unique chance to admire the elite of acrobatic disciplines.

  • Jammin’ Juan (29–31 October, Palais des Congrès): the alternative scene of international jazz lights up Juan-les-Pins with afternoon showcases and evening concerts. On stage: Cascino Trio, Carmen Souza and Cuban Jazz Syndicate.

  • Coul’Heures d’Automne (18 October – 1 November, city centre): the street art festival organised by Label Note brings murals, workshops and creative encounters, turning Antibes into an open-air museum.

Events and sport

From the Défi Rose Antiboise to the Triathlon des Roses, including the Cross du Fort Carré and the Repair Café, October also becomes the month of well-being, social engagement and sustainability.

Theatre

The Anthéa Antipolis Théâtre and the Théâtre Le Tribunal offer a rich programme ranging from French comedies to great classics, as well as local festivals combining emerging talents and established names.

Exhibitions

Antibes becomes a vast gallery with exhibitions ranging from contemporary art to photography and thematic journeys. Highlights include: Mémoire Animale, Journey of Colour into the Heart of Darkness, and “Dickie in Antibes” at the Peynet Museum.
