The Department of National Education, Youth and Sports of the Principality, in collaboration with the Department of Cultural Affairs and several local associations, has announced the opening of registrations for the Pass’Sport Culture program for the 2025-2026 school year.
Designed for young people aged 11 to 25, whether Monegasque, residents, or students enrolled in Monaco, Pass’Sport Culture offers a wide range of sports and cultural activities during school holidays. The initiative is a valuable tool for encouraging new passions, developing skills, and supporting personal growth in a safe and stimulating environment.
As part of the Extended Monaco program, which aims to modernize public services, the registration process is now fully digital. Young people already registered with the Prince Albert II Leisure Centre or Pass’Sport Culture can complete their registration online, filling out, signing, and submitting documents in PDF format without printing.
A paper-based option is still available: applications may be submitted directly to the CIEN or sent by e-mail to passsportculture@gouv.mc. Forms can also be downloaded from monservicepublic.gouv.mc.
Once the application is validated by the relevant authorities, participants will receive a personal membership card, valid for the entire school year. This card grants access to a rich program of sports and cultural activities, with schedules published online about 15 days before each holiday period.
Registrations can also be made directly at the CIEN, by phone, or via e-mail, with dedicated support available to assist families throughout the process.
