This year, Nice once again hosts Neuroplanète, an unmissable event dedicated to the latest advancements in neuroscience and how these breakthroughs are shaping our lives.

With just a few months to go until the 3rd United Nations Ocean Conference in June, a historic moment for the Ocean and a major international and scientific gathering, this edition of Neuroplanète highlights a crucial connection: the bond between our brain and the treasures of the sea.

For a long time, the ocean remained a mysterious and unexplored world, as fascinating as it was inaccessible. Today, the veil is slowly lifting, revealing an exceptional and, at times, overwhelming biodiversity. Research is venturing down unexpected yet promising paths for medicine and science.

For most of us, the sea remains primarily a place of escape: a visit to the ocean, a dive into the water, offers a chance to clear the mind and reset. This influence on our well-being, cognitive abilities, and mental health will be one of the central themes of the 10th edition of Neuroplanète.

The event will take place on Friday, March 7 and Saturday, March 8, 2025, at the Centre Universitaire Méditerranéen on the Promenade des Anglais.

Opening the conference on Saturday, March 7 at 10:00 AM will be the talk “Eating Fish for Your Health While Preserving the Planet,” featuring Mauro Colagreco, named the world’s best chef in 2019 and holder of three Michelin stars at Mirazur in Menton.
