As part of its digital transition strategy and its commitment to offering modernized online services, the Interministerial Delegation for Digital Transition (DITN) supported the redesign of the websites of the Principality Government’s diplomatic representations, such as the Embassies, the Permanent Representation to the Council of Europe, and the Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York.
An optimized user experience
Designed to provide smooth and intuitive navigation, the new websites were developed in consultation with stakeholders to better meet the needs of local users, Monegasque residents abroad, and international visitors.
With a simplified structure and modernized interfaces, these platforms provide quick access to essential information, including:
• Insight into the diplomatic activity and international news of the Principality;
• Administrative procedures (visas, passports, official documents);
• Useful resources for Monegasque residents abroad;
• Information for foreigners wishing to learn more about the Principality and its ties to the concerned country.
Designed to be accessible on both computers and smartphones, these sites were built to offer optimized navigation for users.
A tool to enhance Monaco’s visibility
Beyond their practical purpose, these platforms serve as a tool to strengthen Monaco’s visibility internationally. They contribute to showcasing the image and actions of the Principality by facilitating access to essential information for Monegasques wishing to travel to a foreign country, and by highlighting diplomatic news and bilateral relations.
For example, the section dedicated to Monaco’s upcoming Presidency of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe (May-November 2026) is now accessible at www.monaco.coe.gouv.mc.
