In preparation for the upcoming Monaco E-Prix and Formula 1 TAG Heuer Grand Prix de Monaco, which will take place on Saturday, May 3 and Sunday, May 4, 2025, and from Thursday, May 22 to Sunday, May 25, 2025, the Urban Planning Department is carrying out, as every year, the resurfacing of part of the circuit road as well as other areas of the city. This work ensures that the Principality has a well-maintained network of urban roads.
To minimize the impact on traffic, which will be blocked during the interventions on the affected roads, as well as parking, these works will take place at night, between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM, until March 14, according to the following schedule:
• Boulevard Albert Ier – Pit entry/exit sector: nights of Monday, March 3 and Thursday, March 6.
• Avenue d’Ostende: nights of Monday, March 3 and Tuesday, March 4.
• Boulevard Albert Ier: nights of Tuesday, March 4 and Wednesday, March 5.
• Avenue Hector Otto: night of Thursday, March 6.
• Boulevard d’Italie: nights of Monday, March 10 to Thursday, March 13 inclusive.
• Avenue des Spélugues: night of Wednesday, March 10.
The various bus lines impacted by the works will be diverted from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with prior notice communicated to users and available on the CAM website. Emergency and police services will be able to circulate in all work zones in case of an emergency.
In addition to comprehensive information for residents, special attention will be given to users of private and public parking lots and businesses. Road signs will be adapted, and any pedestrian detours will be marked with signage.
