For its fourth edition, the Mozart Festival in Monaco will offer a series of unmissable events, with 7 concerts and a special collaboration with the Opera of Monte-Carlo, which will present two opera evenings.
Among the highlights: a tribute to the clarinet curated by Pierre Génisson, a concert dedicated to young talents with violinist Bohdan Luts and pianist Alexandra Dovgan, conducted by the renowned Kazuki Yamada, and a fascinating program ranging from Baroque to Classicism, led by the famous Dutch conductor Ton Koopman. Additionally, the audience will have the opportunity to enjoy two Happy Hour Musicaux, performed by the musicians of the Opera of Monte-Carlo in chamber formations, as well as a Jeune Public concert that will explore Mozart’s youth during his time in Italy.
Another new feature this year is the Candlelight Spiritual Concert, which will take place in the stunning Monaco Cathedral, conducted by young Italian maestro Diego Ceretta, with soprano Emőke Baráth, offering the chance to hear some of the most beautiful sacred works by the Austrian composer.
The event will take place from January 23 to February 2, 2025.
